Operations Manager

Maddie is an enthusiastic and passionate advocate for Adult Education, with over five years of experience in various roles within Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), from Administration to Operations and Team Leadership.

Maddie holds the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and is currently working towards the dual specialisations of TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (VET Leadership & Design and Development).

Maddie’s role at My Training Centre is to oversee the daily operations and empower the team to help our students learn, achieve their goals, and enjoy the process along the way.

JACQUII STEEN

Student Support Officer

As a dedicated Student Support Officer at My Training Centre, Jacquii leverages her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care to foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment for students. Her extensive experience in the disability sector, including as a front-line worker, has deepened her understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals with diverse needs.

This understanding is further enriched by her ongoing commitment to caring for a loved one with a profound disability, which fuels her passion for advocacy and inclusivity.

Jacquii strives to create an environment where every student feels valued and empowered to succeed in their personal and educational journeys, regardless of the barriers they may face. Her goal is to ensure that each student has the support they need to thrive and reach their full potential.

DIANA SMITH

Trainer/Assessor

Diana is a vibrant professional with over 20 years of experience in the disability sector, armed with a diverse array of qualifications. Her passion for inclusivity fuels her dynamic approach to training, as she navigates the unique challenges faced by individuals with empathy and creativity.

Diana is all about empowering others through engaging education and skill development, advocating for equal access to learning opportunities. She believes that every learner deserves to actively participate, thrive, and – most importantly – have a great time along the way!

AMANDA STIEG

Trainer/Assessor

Amanda is a dedicated trainer with over 6 years of experience supporting adult learners in early childhood education, education support, and individual support courses. She has over 15 years of hands-on experience working with children in various settings, including childcare and as a school support officer.

A passionate advocate for high-quality early childhood care, Amanda believes in the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, families, and communities. She is committed to helping her students succeed and is always available for questions or support.
